Monday – 9AM-1PM : Wednesday – 9AM-5PM : Thursday – 9AM-5PM
Adult Mental Health Outpatient Facility
Daily patient volume: 25 PPD
Duties include: Med checks, evals, assessments, treatment planning
Skills required: Must be comfortable with severe mental health issues
Malpractice Insurance Provided
MD license and DEA required
