Focus Care is recruiting Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home, 
Prospective Health
Assessment for patients in your state. Schedules are tailored around 
your flexibility
and the zip codes you would like to travel to. Available hours are 8a to 
7p, 7 days per
week. Compensation is paid per visit and is paid weekly. Providers are 
not responsible
for providing treatment of any kind.
