*Geriatric Nurse Practitioner *

Park Nicollet Clinic Creekside is seeking a FT GNP to join its team of 
faculty, residents,
and nurse practitioners who work collaboratively to provide care to an 
aging
population in various long-term care facilities. The clinic is a 
teaching facility of the
University of Minnesota Family Practice Residency Program and offers 18 
family
practice residents who see patients under the supervision of four board 
certified
family physicians. Candidates must possess a nurse practitioner masters 
degree,
geriatric certification, and MN nursing license.
