Join our team, in a growing primary care practice, in Shelton- Gateway 
to the Olympic
Mountains. Our goal is to provide quality care in a compassionate way to 
all patients.
Clinic has participated in the Medical Home Collaborative and has fully 
implemented
EHR. FNP/PA-C will assume established primary care practice along side 5 
physicians
and two midlevels. Shelton is located 25 minutes from Olympia with many 
outdoor
