We are excited to announce the implementation of a brand new clinic at 
Swedish
Medical Group. The Providers at the Underserved Primary Care Clinic will 
serve
non-emergent patient cases and provide comprehensive care in an office 
based/
community health clinic-type setting.

We are actively recruiting a qualified full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse 
Practitioner join our
team. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for performing health
assessments, identifying actual and health needs based on medical, mental/
emotional, financial and social factors, patient education and 
developing treatment
plans which may include prescribing medication, ordering diagnostic tests,
recommending various treatment modalities, obtaining consultation and making
referrals.

A Master's Degree in Nursing, a current WA State Medical RN and AP 
License and
Federal DEA Registration are also required. Qualified candidates will 
have a
minimum of two years of experience working in hospice, geriatrics, 
and/or intensive
care.
