Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center, Flatbush Clinic, is 
developing
an innovative program to integrate physical health services into current 
behavioral
health services.

A NP, *bi-lingual Russian/English* with training or experience in adult 
and/or geriatric
primary care is wanted, who can both assist in the development of the 
program,
including policies and procedures and provide direct services.

Initial responsibilities include program and policy development. Ongoing
responsibilities include conducting health physicals and health 
monitoring, leading
health wellness groups, coordination with outside medical specialists 
and referrals,
and collaboration with therapists and psychiatrists in treatment planning;
administration of injectable psychotropic medications and complex care
management that involves the interaction of medical and psychological 
concerns.

Must have or be able to obtain a signed collaborative practice agreement in
accordance with NYS Education Department regulations. Salary is 
competitive and
commensurate with experience. Reimbursement will be hourly/per diem and may
become full time.
