Rural Health- Family Practice Clinic – Family 
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant –
Southern Colorado (Loan Repayment Eligible Site)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or 
Physician Assistant to join a well respected
clinic in Southern Colorado. The clinic hours are 
Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5:00pm with physician
support via back-up call. The Provider should be 
able to work autonomously and see an
estimated volume of 20-25 patients per day with 
light call and no weekends. Salary range of
$80,000-$95,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with 
a comprehensive benefits package
including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, 3 
weeks of vacation, 1 week paid CME with a
$2,500 CME allowance. $5,000 Sign-on bonus and 
$5,000 Relocation package negotiable for
the right provider. Great opportunity in a 
desirable setting in Colorado with numerous out-door
activities and great skiing! This location has a 
high HPSA rating and qualifies for Loan
