Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner – 
Greater Louisville, Kentucky (Recent Graduates
with an Interest in Occupational Medicine Encouraged to Apply)!

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a 
well respected general acute care hospital in the
greater Louisville, Kentucky area. The NP would 
provide clinical support including DOT
physicals, Wellness Programs, and Work Related 
Injuries. The Occ/Med Physician is a great
teacher and mentor and loves working with APNs. 
The compensation is negotiable for the right
candidate but the salary range is 
$80,000-$85,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) and the
hospital offers a competitive benefits package 
including Medical, Dental, 401K, three of weeks
of vacation and five days paid CME with a $2,000 
CME allowance. All dues, fees and licensure
paid be the hospital. Sign-on Bonus and 
Relocation package negotiable for the right candidate.
