The Director of Education Integration is the lead manager responsible 
for conceptualizing,
developing and facilitating the implementation of projects and 
programs related to the
actualization of THFW's community directed center of excellence for 
Emergency Services. This
position will require close coordination of pre-hospital agencies, 
clinical educational partners,
medical education partners, area medical schools, and residency 
training facilities to implement
a program designed to integrate education, output thinking, 
procedures and processes making
up the body of knowledge inherent in Emergency and Critical Care delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- BSN degree required
- Masters Degree highly preferred - experience will be considered in 
lieu of advanced degree
preference
- Advance practice RN and current license as NP

DUTIES:
* Integrate educational experiences of all services rendering 
emergency service in the
community
* Formulate and implement educational alignment relationships with 
Stakeholders with the
associated emergency/trauma service and Emergency Medicine Residency Program
*Propose clinical research initiatives and identification of 
opportunities for grant submissions
and funding
* Integrate essential aspects of emergency and critical care delivery systems
* Design and implement a system for data collection and the 
establishment of educational
offerings appropriate to the clinical and delivery sides of emergency 
and critical care services
