Family Nurse Practitioner- Rural Health Clinic – 
Eastern Idaho (Experienced Providers
Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse 
Practitioner for a Rural Health Clinic in Eastern
Idaho. The Provider will work in an outpatient 
clinic setting Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with
no weekends or call responsibility. There is not 
another Provider on-site but physician back-up
is available via phone. Excellent compensation 
package negotiable for the right provider but
starts at $85,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) 
with a performance bonus based upon a
percentage of net collections. Generous benefits 
package including Medical, Dental, 401K with
match, 22 PTO days, 1 week paid CME with a $1,500 
CME allowance. Sign-on bonus and
relocation package negotiable for the right
