$3,000 Sign-On Bonus! Family Nurse Practitioner– 
Greater Traverse City, Michigan (NHSC
Loan Repayment Site)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to 
join a well respected Family Practice Clinic in the
greater Traverse City area. The individual would 
be working with 10 other Providers (6 FPs and
2 Pediatricians, 1 IM and 1 FNP) to provide 
ambulatory-only care in a “same day clinic” setting.
The Provider would be working 4 days per week and 
there would be occasional Saturdays
(shared with the FP Providers). The Provider 
would be seeing all age groups. Call is shared
equally among the providers as well and it is 
mostly triage. Salary negotiable depending upon
experience with a competitive benefits package 
including Medical, Dental, 401K and productivity
based compensation. This site is NHSC Loan 
Repayment eligible with a high HPSA rating
($60,000 of loan repayment for a minimum two year
