Group Health Nursing Home Services is looking for an ARNP to join our 
team temporarily in the
Seward Park area of Seattle starting as soon as credentialed through 
August 31, 2011.

Working within a collaborative model, Group Health ARNPs and MDs 
provide comprehensive
medical management for patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) 
for subacute or long term
care. We also make medical house calls to people who are unable, or 
have great difficulty,
getting in to the clinic for a visit. As the NP on the team, you are 
responsible for the daily
management medical care and discharge throughout the subacute stay 
which lasts roughly 2
weeks, and provide ongoing care of long term residents of the 
facility. Professionals who find

medical problems and
communicating with patients, families and staff. Group Health staff
