The selected candidate will provide primary care to adults with 
developmental disabilities,
supervise site staff, act as a liaison with community, support 
compliance with regulatory
agencies and partner with multidisciplinary team to provide optimal 
outcomes for clients.
Current APN license required, as well as certification in Adult 
Health Minimum of 5 years of
experience working with adult patient population preferred.
