Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Family 
Practice/ Urgent Care – North West, Oklahoma
(Experienced Providers Only)

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a 
well respecting hospital in Northwest Oklahoma in
a Family Practice/ Urgent Care Center. The 
Provider would see an estimated volume of 20
patients per day in the clinic with physician 
support on-site. The Practice Manager requires an
experienced Provider as there is little time for 
the collaborating physician to train a new / recent
graduate. Compensation negotiable 
$95,000-$105,000 plus incentives (Depending Upon
Experience), Medical, Dental 401K 4 weeks of 
vacation, CME with $2,500 CME Allowance.
Sign-On Bonus and Relocation package negotiable 
for the right candidate. Great opportunity in
a nice community with good schools and amenities. 
This location qualifies for Loan Repayment
through the NHSC.
