Family PMHNP needed 45 minutes south of Albany, New York for a locums-
permanent position ASAP for 30 days of locums to permanent*
Clinic hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 50 hours/week;
Provider is needed to work flexible 35 hours/week
Outpatient Mental Health Facility; patients range in age from 5 to 80+ 
years
Daily patient volume: 12-15; clinic has 900+ clients
Daily duties include: initial psychiatric evaluations, medication 
management, and
daily consult with Clinic Therapist
23 Therapists, 1 full time MD, 2 part time MDs, 1 part time NP, and 
supervising
  team leader on site
Certification required: Family PMHNP with child/adolescent experience; 
prescriptive
authority
Lodging, mileage, and malpractice insurance provided
NY license & DEA required
