Delaware - Nurse Practitioner Position               (posted) 06-09-11

*NP with Wound Care experience needed in coastal Delaware
ASAP & ongoing; 30-60 days are needed for credentialing*
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Outpatient facility
Daily patient volume: 25, at least 3 days/week
sometimes more, sometimes a little less;
Some patients on 2 other days but not full days, used for catch up, 
complete
documentation, follow up phone calls, etc.
Duties include: new patient admissions with H&P, write treatment orders,
EMR documentation, order labs, x-ray, home health, referrals as needed
Evaluation of plan at follow up visits with changes as needed
Certified wound nurses, RN, medical assistant. Some procedures, mostly
debridements, some skin substitutes
Certification required: CWOCN preferred
Experience required: NP with outpatient setting experience preferred
Local candidates preferred but travelers will be considered;
Travel & lodging available; malpractice insurance provided
DE license required
