*Family PMHNP Needed in New York, 30 Minutes from Albany for a Locums
Assignment
June with possible extension into July *
Full-time schedule; shifts Monday-Friday, approximately 145 hours per 
month; no call
Community Outreach Program for Children & Adolescents
Daily patient volume: 20-30; age ranges 5-13
Duties include: work on a family case basis to council, assess and diagnose
  patients who have suffered severe trauma & developmental disabilities. 
You will be
partnered with a Licensed Therapist.
1 physician on site
Skills required: provider needs to be comfortable working with all 
children and
  adolescents; previous
Mental Health Community experience/ work preferred
Mileage, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided
NY license, PMH certification and DEA required
