NP with Surgical First Assist and Orthopaedic experience needed 1 
hour north of
Albuquerque, New Mexico for a locums position

February 2011 & ongoing
Monday-Thursday 7 am-5pm, Fridays optional; 2 days in Clinic, 2 days 
in Surgery
Large Hospital/Clinic
Provider will provide on call support with designated supervising physician
Duties include: providing surgical assistance to surgeons in the OR, 
hospital, and clinic with
an emphasis on first assistance in the OR
One supervising Orthopaedic Surgeon
Experience required: General Orthopaedic Surgery: total joints, 
ankle/hand, knee/elbow;
First assist experience in the OR preferred
Certifications required: BLS & ACLS preferred
Lodging, mileage, and malpractice insurance provided
NM license & DEA required
