Rural Health Clinic – Family Nurse Practitioner – 
Southeast Missouri (Loan Repayment
Eligible Site)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to 
work in a Rural Health Clinic in Southeast
Missouri. The clinic hours are Mon-Fri 
8:30am-5:00pm with a Physician on-site during clinic
hours. The Provider would see an estimated 
patient volume of between 20-25 patients per day
with a patient mix of pediatrics through 
geriatrics. The salary range is from $85,000-$100,000+
Depending Upon Experience. Comprehensive benefits 
package including Medical, Dental,
401K with Match, Vision, CME, and CME allowance. 
Sign-on bonus and relocation package
