NAPNAP Position Announcement - Chief Executive Officer

The National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, based in 
Cherry Hill, New Jersey
seeks an experienced executive to serve as Chief Executive Officer 
for the organization.

Reporting to an Executive Board, this position is responsible for 
leading a 7500 member
professional society and staff of 18, collaborating with nursing 
organizations, policy makers
and legislators, industry partners and others to further the 
organization's mission of promoting
optimal health for children through leadership, practice, advocacy, 
education and research.

Qualified candidates will have senior executive experience running a 
nonprofit or health care
services organization. An advanced degree in a healthcare or 
healthcare related field is
required. An advanced practice registered nurse or nurse practitioner 
with a focus on children's
health is desired. Progressively responsible levels of leadership 
should be identified.
