Froedtert Health is a regional health care organization made up of 
Froedtert Hospital,

primary and multi-specialty

The FNP functions as a member of the Women's Health Center team. The 
FNP is responsible
for developing programs to improve clinical and health related 
outcomes for women across
their lifespan. The FNP will provide services appropriate to their 
area of competence as
established by their education, training, experience and licensure 
that are consistent with
Federal, State and accrediting agency regulations. The FNP will 
function as an independent
practitioner in cooperation with the Collaborating Physician for the 
Women's Health Center
(Collaborating Physician). Other duties as assigned.

Requires a Master's degree from an accredited professional school of 
nursing and a graduate
of a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Program which meets ANCC. 
Must have 3 to 5 years of
experience in women's health and integrative/holistic approach to 
health and wellness.

Current Registered Nurse Licensure by the Wisconsin State Board of 
Nursing. Certification as
an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber by the Wisconsin State Board of 
Nursing; DEA
Registration. Certification as an FPNP by the American Nurses 
Credentialing Center (ANCC), or
qualified to test for such certification. American Heart Association 
Healthcare Provider CPR.
American Heart Association ACLS.
