Qualifications
Baccalaureate degree (Masters Degree preferred) and national board 
certification as a
Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), Family or Adult 
Practice; Licensed to
practice in the state of Washington; DEA license; Two or more years 
experience in primary care,
including patient education, college setting experience preferred; 
Ability to exercise a
considerable degree of independent judgment and action; Experience 
developing and
implementing a variety of programs and outreach services that are 
preventative and relate to a
holistic model of wellness education (preferred).
