Key responsibilities of the UHG/Evercare NP:

* Provide continuing preventative/primary care management for enrolled 
patients in
LTC facilities
* Collaborate with Physicians, nursing staff and the patients' families
* Learn palliative care is offered at Evercare
* Working with the facility's utilization review process

This is a telecommuting NP position, between Snohomish, Stanwood and Monroe
facility locations, that requires candidate to self direct and 
independently structure
daily activities to accomplish clinical deliverables with minimal 
supervision.
Requirements are:

* Current, unrestricted WA NP license
* DEA License
* Must have a car
* NP national certification as ANP, FNP, GNP
* Clinical exp. adult, family or geriatrics
* Experience in nursing home or other eldercare setting
* Intermediate proficiency: Microsoft Word, Outlook
