Practitioner FNP and CNM Certifications Required-- Colorado (Qualifies for
Federal Loan Repayment through the NHSC!) Prefer 2 years of experience 
so the
Provider would have unrestricted prescriptive authority in Colorado *

We are seeking a FNP/CNM to be employed with a well respected critical 
access
hospital in Colorado. The Nurse Practitioner would provide family 
practice and
obstetrics healthcare services in collaboration with the Physicians and 
other
Providers. The Provider would see approximately 20 patients per day in 
the clinic
with hospital call of 1:8 and OB call of 1:3 traded with the other 
providers. The
hospital conducts 150 deliveries per year with about 50% of the market 
share n the
area, so there is a great opportunity to grow a community family 
practice with OB.
24/7 staffed ER, Clinical Lab, X-Ray, Mammography, Dexascan, and Nuclear
Medicine. Excellent compensation range *_starting at $100-$120K plus 
incentive
bonus plan_*. Comprehensive benefits package including Health Insurance,
Retirement Plan, PTO (Vacation / Sick Leave), CME, CME Allowance, Loan
Repayment Eligible Site through the NHSC which pays $30,000 per year of 
service.
