*Nurse Practitioner: SwedishAmerican Health System*
Full Time Nurse Practitioner needed for Employee Health Department

SwedishAmerican is a not-for-profit, locally governed healthcare system 
dedicated
to providing excellence in healthcare and compassionate care to our

Headquartered in Rockford, Illinois, SwedishAmerican Health System 
serves 12
counties in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.

SwedishAmerican Health System is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to 
provide
care to employees for pre-employment physicals, personal 
illnesses/injuries or
work injuries. The NP will work with the Medical Director and telephonic 
nurse case
manager coordinating care of work related injuries.

Our ideal candidate will have: * Current IL CNP & RN License * 
Experience with
Occupational Health desired, but not required.
