Full-Time Nurse Practitioner
Office based practice, Primary Care Adult Medicine. Small office, 
wonderful staff
and patients.

*Key responsibilities include: *
- Provide Primary Care Services per standardized protocols and in 
accordance with
applicable laws
- Obtain medical/psychosocial history of patients; perform physical exams
- Monitor and provide continuity of care between physician visits 
including sick visits
- Accurately document all findings of history, physical, diagnostic 
testing and
assessment of the patients' condition into an electronic medical record 
(LMR)
- Order relevant diagnostic tests; transmit medication orders per 
standardized
protocols
- Instruct and counsel patients regarding their physical and mental health

*The Qualified Candidate will have: *
- Massachusetts NP license
- Minimum of 3-5 years Internal or FP Medicine required
- Ability to practice with autonomy
- Excellent verbal and written communication and patient /family 
interaction skills
- Work carefully with attention to detail, precautions, policies and 
safety standards
* Special interest or skills in alternative therapies a +
