Lower Columbia Mental Health Center is searching for a full time Child and
Adolescent Nurse practitioner for our area community mental health 
center. We have
two locations. The position is located in Longview, WA. At both sites 
the NP works
with an interdisciplinary treatment team serving some of the area's most 
vulnerable
citizens.

Our agency is a 501c3 not-for-profit comprehensive community mental 
health center.
We have served Cowlitz County since 1953. All of our patients have severe
psychiatric disorders like Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Major 
Depression,
Borderline Personality Disorder, and PTSD. We have a full range of 
recovery-oriented
treatments including outpatient individual and group therapies, case 
management,
DBT, a PACT team, an Older Adult program, Dual Diagnosis Services, and a
Methadone clinic. Services for Children and Families include traditional 
outpatient
therapies as well as services provided in our patients' homes and 
schools, a Peer
Parenting program, and an Infant Mental Health program. A team providing 
Early
Interventions for Psychosis is being developed, and we offer services 
geared toward
Youth In Transition to adulthood and those at risk for homelessness.A 
comprehensive
benefits package is included, with generous paid time off. Cowlitz 
County has been
designated as a Mental Health Shortage Area and qualifies for the 
student loan
repayment program through the Health Resources and Services Administration
(HRSA). This opportunity can pay over $100,000 of student loans for a 
four year
