We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a family practice clinic 
in Southwest
New Mexico. Will consider an experienced provider or recent graduate 
with strong
RN background in Family Practice, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine . 
The Clinic
Schedule will be M-F, 8:30 a 5:30 p. No weekends and no call 
responsibility. Excellent
collaborating physician on-site! Anticipated patient volume will be 25 
patients per day.
Salary will be $90,000 115,000 (Depending Upon Experience) with a 
comprehensive
benefit package including 5 wks PTO, malpractice, health insurance, 
retirement, and
1 wk paid CME, $2,500 CME allowance and malpractice insurance. Relocation
Assistance provided at $5,000 with receipts and $5,000 Sign-on bonus! 
This is a
NHSC Loan Repayment Site with 60,000 paid to your student loan for two 
years of
service. You can continue additional years of service for $30,000 per 
year of loan
