We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Rural Health Clinic in 
the greater
Lebanon, Missouri area. The Family Nurse Practitioner would work 4 /10 
hour shifts
with no weekends or call. Anticipated patient volume will be 20 patients 
per day.
Salary Range would be will be *$85,000 -$100,000+ (Depending Upon 
Experience)*
with a comprehensive benefit package including 3 weeks of vacation, 1 
week paid
CME with a $2,500 CME Allowance, health insurance, dental, and 401K plan 
with
match. *$5,000 Sign-on bonus and $5,000 Relocation package negotiable 
for the
right candidate. This location qualifies for Federal Loan Repayment through
the National Health Service Corps given its high HPSA rating and would 
require
a minimum of a two year commitment in exchange for $60,000 paid directly to
your student loans.* Excellent collaborating physicians willing and
