*Job Summary*
The Nurse Practitioner performs patient histories, physical exams, 
orders lab
and imaging procedures, interprets laboratory values and x-rays. 
Incumbent also
formulates treatment plans and consults with nursing home or home-based
facilities staff, specialists or other providers as necessary.

The Nurse Practitioner will be working at skilled nursing facilities in 
North
Seattle/Shoreline, under the Northwest Hospital Senior Care Program

*Required Qualifications: *
-Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
-Masters degree in Nursing
-Current WA State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)
-BLS certification
-ACLS certification
-Maintains a valid Washington Drivers License and a clean driving record

*Preferred Qualifications:*
-1 year experience in a healthcare setting
