*Family Practice Rural Health Clinic -- Family Nurse Practitioner or 
Physician
Assistant --Southern Colorado (Great location and qualifies for loan

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 
join a well
respected Rural Health Clinic in Southern Colorado. The Provider would work
8:30am -- 5:00pm Mon-Friday with a physician and nurse practitioner on 
site for
collaborating support. The estimated volume would be 20 patients per day 
in the
clinic and there would be no weekend or call responsibility as well. 
Base salary of
$85,000-$100,000 (Depending Upon Experience) with full benefits package
including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, and all dues fees and 
licensure paid.
CME and CME allowance of $1,500 and full relocation allowance of 
$10,000. This
opportunity is located in a HPSA / MUSA area and qualifies for Federal Loan
