*Family Practice Rural Health Clinic -- Family Nurse Practitioner or 
Physician
Assistant --Santa Fe, New Mexico (Great location and qualifies for loan

*We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 
join a well
respected Rural Health Clinic in Southern Colorado. The Provider would work
8:30am -- 5:00pm Mon-Friday with other APNs on-site and back-up physician
support. The estimated volume would be 18-20 patients per day in the 
clinic and
there would be no weekend or call responsibility as well. Base salary of 
$85,000-
$95,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with full benefits package including
Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, Malpractice Insurance and all dues 
fees and
licensure paid. CME and CME allowance of $2,000 and full relocation 
allowance.
This opportunity is located in a HPSA / MUSA area and qualifies for 
Federal Loan
