Rockford, IL (Collaborating Surgeon Interested / Willing to Train a New 
or Recent
Graduate)*

We are seeking an Orthopaedic Surgical Physician Assistant or Surgical 
Nurse
Practitioner (RNFA) interested in working in an Orthopedic Surgical 
Practice in the
Rockford, IL area. The Provider would be working 60% in the OR, 30% in 
the Clinic
and 10% hospital work. The clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with an
estimated volume of 25 patients per day. The hospital is not a trauma 
center so
there would be no trauma call, but there would be "on call" 
responsibilities 1:3
which is 10 days per month. The Hospital has 6 OR suites and a very 
efficient and
stable OR team. The base salary is $95,000-$115,000+ Depending Upon
Experience plus a realistic and obtainable production bonus (paid 
quarterly). Full
Medical, Dental, 401K with match, Malpractice coverage, all dues 
licensure paid
for as well as a full relocation package. Signing bonus is available and 
negotiable
