*Cowlitz Family Health Cente*r is seeking a*Part Time or Full Time Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant* to work at our satellite clinic in 
Woodland, WA
a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Successful 
candidate
will be BC/BE in Family Practice as Nurse Practitioner or Physician 
Assistant with
1-2 years experience preferred. Unrestricted WA and DEA licenses and 
bi-lingual
in Spanish a plus! Able to work with all ages, and commitment to serve the
underserved.
