Facility needs a NP to assist the Physician in the clinic and share call
for long term care and ER patients admitted to the hospital. This is a
Locum or Locum to Permanent position.

Provider will work at the clinic 4 days a week from 8am~5pm and will be on
call 2 nights a week & one weekend a month. Average number of patients a
day is 10-15 in the clinic. The ER is a level V and is slow. Averages are
30 patients a month (360 a year) and the hospital has 25 beds. The
provider must have a DEA, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS and a current WA license.
Privileging can take 6-8 weeks but can happen sooner. The client will
provide a furnished apartment with wireless internet and meals are
available at the hospital. They will pay for travelers so flights and
rental car will be covered also. Rates are as follows:

Hourly rate - $50/hr
Night Call-100/per night
SOC-60/hr
