Part time and Per Diem Family Practice NP Providers*

medically underserved individuals.

Join our established team of certified Family Practice Physicians and 
Mid Level
clinicians in providing excellent primary care to the underserved 
population of
Boulder County and the Denver Metro area.

We are looking for dedicated, per diem and part time, certified family 
practice
Nurse Practitioners who enjoy practicing in a primarily Spanish-speaking,
nationally recognized, community health care setting.

Some details of the position include; flexible schedule, collegial, 
consulting-
focused work envirnonment. Fully established electronic medical record. 3
weeks of new provider orientation including professional EMR training. CFHS
providers are exposed to creative and resourceful means to manage patient
care within a progressive, team-based, certified medical-home, care model.

Compensation and benefits are competitive. Clinica offers generous 
vacation,
sick, paid holidays and CME. Full time and part time federal and state loan
repayment available to those who qualify.

*Qualifications and skills:* graduate of an accredited NP program, national
certification, valid CO license and DEA, one to three years of 
experience in
ambulatory health care, computer literate with EMR experience preferred,
moderate to advanced Spanish speaking skills and sensitivity to low income,
ethnic minority communities. Must possess the ability to flourish in a team
management system, have excellent leadership skills and a coaching
approach to relationships.*
