Outstanding opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join San Juan 
Health
Partners Rehabilitation practice. Work in a free standing Acute Care 
Rehabilitation
Hospital as well as an outpatient practice. In the hospital, the NP will 
provide and
facilitate direct patient care under physician supervision. The NP will 
also provide
education to patients and staff on various clinical management issues. The
outpatient practice will include pain management, Workers Compensation 
patients,
and patient follow up after discharge from the Rehabilitation hospital.
