A well-known free standing children's hospital needs additional NNPs to
join their well-established group of 15 NNPs. The 8 Neonatologists are in
house 24/7. The hospital has a 50-bed Level IIIC NICU and provides all
subspecialties including open heart surgery and ECMO. Designated Magnet
Hospital status providing services to a 17-county area. The NNPs rotate to
a 17-bed Level IIC and a 21-bed Level IIIA nursery in a hospital with a
large delivery service to attend high-risk deliveries. Some ground
transport responsibility. 40-hr work week, mostly days (6A-4P). WILL HIRE
NEW GRADUATES with a minimum of 3 years Level III NICU experience. A Very
supportive environment for a new graduate. NCC is mandatory; MSN preferred
but will consider BSN candidates with NCC certification if they can be
licensed in Ohio. This is a full-time position and relocation is required.
