We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 
work in a
Certified Rural Health Clinic affiliated with a well respected hospital. 
The Provider
would work 8:30am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri) and see an estimated 20 patients per 
day.
Collaborating physician support provided with an excellent support team! 
This
location qualifies for *Federal Loan Repayment through the National Health
Service Corps which providers $30,000 per year paid directly to your 
Sally Mae
loans (Minimum of a two year commitment required)*. Excellent compensation
package starting at $85,000-$95,000+ Depending Upon Experience, plus a
competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match
