The acute care certified PNP with experience in pediatric hematology 
oncology
should consider this great opportunity at one of the top children's 
hospitals in the
U.S. The PNP in this role cares for patients who are being treated for 
leukemia,
neutropenia, anemia and sickle cell conditions. Responsibilities include 
admission
histories and physicals, daily physical exams, plans of care and day-to-day
management of the patient throughout the entire course of treatment as 
well as
referrals and follow-ups. Rotating 12 hours shifts with one 8 hour 
administrative
day totaling 80 hours every two weeks. In addition to experience, MSN, 
current
RN license in Texas and acute care, CPR/BLS and PALS certifications
