Practitioner
--Greater Portland, Oregon (Experienced Providers with Orthopedic 
Experience
Preferred---4X10 hour shift schedule with minimal call) *

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner to join an 
orthopedic
practice and work in a clinic setting in the greater Portland area. The 
Provider would
be working in the clinic Mon-Thurs (4X10 hour shifts) with an estimated 
volume of
18-20 patients per day with Provider support on-site. The Nurse 
Practitioner would
also be responsible for rounding on post-op patients as well with 
minimal call
responsibilities. The base salary range is $97,000-$110,000 with incentive
bonuses based on WRVUs for an additional $10,000-$15,000. This position
would also provide a signing bonus of $5,000 for a one year commitment. 
Full
benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, 3 
weeks of
vacation, 1 week paid CME with $2,500 CME allowance. Great opportunity
