*ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSE -- Hepatology/Parcentesis
Loyola University Health System, Maywood (Chicago), IL*

Immediate need for Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) for the Hepatology 
Division of
Medicine. The APN assumes the management of patients; functions with the
physician, case manager, and other members of the health care team; 
performs
selected invasive procedures; designs individualized treatment plans; 
evaluates
outcomes; and modifies the treatment plan as needed. The APN facilitates 
the
transition of patients between service units and provides/coordinates 
complex
patient and family teaching. Masters Degree, 3-5 yrs exp, and State of 
IL NP license
  required.

**********APN's with experience in the management of 
hepatology/paracentesis
patients, and post-transplant experience are highly desired. *
