We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Rural Health Clinic in the
Rockport IL area. The Provider would be working 12 hour day 
shifts---Flexible
scheduling (Combined shift schedule includes occasional weekend rotations).
Current hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-8:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm.

The practice serves patients 18 months through geriatrics and requires the
provider to function fairly independently with collaborating physician 
support when
needed. Salary range starts at $80,000 plus full benefits package including
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, Malpractice Insurance, Relocation
assistance, $2,500 CME with 5 days of CME, 4 weeks of vacation and loan
repayment of $30,000 per year of service (minimum of a 2 year commitment).
