The University of Kansas Physicians, the largest multi-specialty medical
practice in the
Kansas City area, is seeking a full time ARNP, CNS or PA to join the
Department of
Anesthesiology:

*APRN/CNS/PA*

Responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in the
multi-disciplinary
Neuroscience ICU. Facilitate educational and research related endeavors
for students
and residents.

*/Requirements:/* Experience in a Neuro ICU or other critical care
setting preferred.
Software proficiency including electronic medical records. Ability to
develop health
education programs and materials, work collaboratively with all members
of an
interdisciplinary health care team, and to make responsible decisions
within the scope
of a depended medical practitioner. Available for schedule rotation
including nights and
weekends.

*APRN or CNS:* Minimum of two years professional nursing experience.
Successful
completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or clinical nurse
specialist program and
certification.

*PA:* Minimum of two years experience as a physician assistant,
preferably in an
acute care setting. Graduate of an AMA accredited physician assistant
program and
certification.
