We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 
work in a
Family Practice / Walk-In Clinic in Southern, New Mexico. The provider 
would work
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:00pm with great support staff and EMR. Excellent 
collaborating
physician on-site with an estimated patient volume of 20-25 patients per 
day! The
collaborating Physician would prefer an experienced provider but would 
consider
training a strong new graduate. Salary range of *$55-$57 per hour plus 
_obtainable_
WRVU incentive bonuses* with a full benefits package including Medical, 
Dental
401K and Malpractice coverage, CME allowance of $2,500 plus 1 week paid CME
with 3 weeks of vacation. *All dues fees and licensure are paid by the 
clinic.
$5,000 Signing bonus and $10,000 Relocation package* negotiable for the 
right
provider. This location is a loan repayment eligible site through the 
NHSC which
would provide an additional $30,000 per paid directly to your student loans
(minimum of a 2 year commitment required!) Great opportunity in a desirable
