*Job Requirements *
*EDUCATION: *Master's Degree Nursing Graduate program; Board-Certified APN;
Certificate of Authority as NP; holds Certificate to Prescribe; 
Registered Nurse with
current Ohio licensure
*EXPERIENCE:* 3-4 years Clinical Nursing practice in occupational 
health, family, or
other applicable setting
