We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an Express Care / Walk-In 
Care
Center convenient to Indianapolis, Indiana. The FNP would be working 
with other
Nurse Practitioners in the clinic but no physician on-site during clinic 
hours
(available via phone for back-up). The Provider would be working 12 hour 
shifts
Days (7:00am-7:00pm) 3 on 4 off 4 on 3 off with occasional weekends. The 
Salary
range is $45-$55 per hour depending upon experience including a full 
benefits
package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, 
Malpractice, Vacation,
CME and CME allowance. $3,000 Signing Bonus and $5,000 Relocation package
