Woodland and Longview, FNP/PA

*Cowlitz Family Health Center* is a non-profit community health center 
seeking a*
Part Time or Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant* to 
work at our
satellite clinic in Woodland, WA a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 40 
hours
per week. We are also looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner or 
Physician
Assistant to work at our main office in Longview, WA.

Successful candidates will be BC/BE in Family Practice as Nurse 
Practitioner or
Physician Assistant with 1-2 years experience preferred, but new grads are
encouraged to apply. Unrestricted WA and DEA licenses and bi-lingual in 
Spanish
a plus! Able to work with all ages, and commitment to serve the 
underserved.
