The Ben and Catherine Ivy Center for Advanced Brain Tumor Treatment is 
excited
to announce that we are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. 
The center
is a multidisciplinary treatment and research center located in the Swedish
Neuroscience Institute at the Swedish Cherry Hill campus that focused 
solely on
the treatment of patients with brain tumors. Within the Ivy Center, the
neuro-oncology service provides a coordinating role for diagnostic 
evaluations,
treatment planning, and care of attendant neurological issues, as well as
administration of outpatient chemotherapy treatment. There are several 
clinical
trials underway at the Ivy Center.

Qualified candidates will have graduated from an accredited NP program and
should have experience with chemotherapy administration and management of
side-effects of chemotherapy. Experience with neurological issues 
arising in
brain tumor patients is preferred. The schedule is full time, 
Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include caring for patients receiving chemotherapy, 
implementing
care plans, formulating accurate diagnoses in collaboration with 
neuro-oncology
physicians, and assessment of patient care and ongoing treatment in both 
the
inpatient and outpatient setting.
