As a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide a high level of 
holistic care and
services for the resident while serving as a clinical expert for the 
Interdisciplinary
team and the family. You will act as a liaison to physicians to ensure 
all resident
and family needs are being met. The successful candidate will be a graduate
from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in
Nursing, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by American Nurses 
Association.
Formal education in the area of Gerontology; minimum of 2 years experience
working with adult or geriatric population.
